Fill out the digital form before your arrival and save time at the airport!
If you fill out this new digital form in advance, you won't have to complete it on the plane, which will help make your arrival and departure at Philip Goldson International Airport much smoother. Each person must complete one form for arrival and another for departure. Married couples can be listed on the same form. Be sure to obtain the QR code at the end, and either screenshot it or print the confirmation to bring with you.

To reach the island, you have the option of taking a flight or a water taxi. The water taxi is more cost-effective but slower, while an island hopper flight is more expensive but quicker. Both options provide stunning views!

We would be happy to have a team member meet you at the airport or water taxi terminal to guide you back to the villas on your golf cart. Just let us know in advance as we require at least one day's notice to make this arrangement.

There are two airlines that travel to Ambergris Caye:

• Tropic Air
• Maya Island Air

Flying is faster and more convenient than the water taxi. Allow at least 1 hour between landing at the Belize International Airport and your departure time with Tropic or Maya for immigration and customs. During high season, allow for at least an hour and a half. We recommend flying with Tropic Air over Maya Island Air because they have a better on-time record and are more reliable.

There are two water taxis:

• San Pedro Belize Express
• Caribbean Sprinter

The water taxi terminal is about a 25-minute drive from the airport. We recommend purchasing your tickets online before your arrival, and you can also add transportation from the airport to the water taxi terminal during your purchase. Alternatively, you can take a taxi from the airport, but make sure to agree on the fare before getting in. If your flight to Belize International Airport arrives after 3:30 pm, consider taking a flight instead, as you may not make the water taxi, depending on how long immigration and customs take.

Golf carts are the primary mode of transportation on the island-and also the most fun! We highly recommend renting one so you can explore Ambergris Caye at your own pace.

If you'd like assistance navigating to Mångata Villas, a team member can meet you upon arrival and guide you back to the hotel. Prefer to find us on your own? Just follow the round blue signs for Mångata Villas and Moon Bar after crossing the bridge. There's only one main road-so it's easy-and we are also on Google Maps.

If you choose not to rent a cart, please keep in mind that taxis can be quite expensive once outside of town. Should you take one, let the driver know you're heading to 6.5 Miles North Road (just past Portofino Beach Resort) and confirm the fare before you begin your ride.
